HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER

The Anna Rocket Athletic Boosters is open to all interested individuals.  Annual dues are $15.00 for an individual membership or $25.00 for a family membership.   Dues can be paid by printing out the form below and mailing a check to Rocket Athletic Boosters, P.O. Box 376, Anna, Ohio 45302.
