Welcome to Anna Middle School!

Dear Students, Parents, and Staff,

I hope this message finds you in high spirits and good health as we embark on another school year filled with learning, growth, and endless possibilities. It gives me great pleasure to extend a warm welcome to all of our students - returning and new - and especially to those joining our middle school for the first time.

Middle school is a wonderful time for students to experience a great deal of change in their educational experiences. Not only is the structure of the school day a blend of the elementary and high school experiences, but middle school provides the first opportunities for participating in interscholastic athletics. There is also an increase in preparing students for high school, post-secondary education and career-focused learning. The Anna Local Schools provides an amazing opportunity for its students and families, and the school staff and I are excited and blessed to be part of those experiences.
