Anna Elementary celebrated Read Across America Day March 2nd. Community members read to classrooms of students throughout the day. Students participated in a Read-A-Thon with a school-wide reading goal of 500 minutes. Students hit the goal out of the park by reading a total of 1,500 minutes. The result- a schoolwide assembly where students chose 11 teachers to kiss a cute baby pig!
