Anna Elementary

This year, our kindergarten and seventh grade students will participate in a Buddy Program designed to build relationships and strengthen our school community. Each seventh grader will be paired with a kindergarten buddy and will meet once each quarter to participate in activities focused on getting to know one another, gratitude and family traditions, caring for ourselves and others, and reflecting on the school year. Seventh graders will also create a special keepsake for their kindergarten buddy through their Art, FCS, and STEM rotations to present during the final visit. Through these experiences, students will develop communication, leadership, creativity, empathy, and interpersonal skills while building connections and strengthening our school community across both buildings.
