Spelling Bee

Anna Elementary held its annual Spelling Bee this week, brining together students from 3rd - 5th grades to showcase their hard work and skills. After several rounds of challenging words, Zaila Yahl, a 5th grade student, earned the title of Spelling Bee Champion. Zaila will represent Anna Elementary School at the upcoming district competition.

The event was made possible through the support of our pronouncer, Carol Wentz, and judges: Rachel New, owner of Rachel's Cakes; Dan Pleiman, owner of Trackside Treats; & Kelly Staudter, elementary school counselor.

Each student who participated in the Spelling Bee earned their place by becoming their classroom champion. We are proud of all of our Spelling Bee participants!
