Erica Baer-Woods, Director at the Midwest Regional ESC & Duane Gaier, Sidney/ Shelby county Rotary Representative, recognized first grade teacher Judy Eshleman on April 29 as the recipient of the 2026 Sidney/Shelby County Rotary Excellence in Education Award.
For 34 years, Mrs. Eshleman has inspired young learners with her creativity, enthusiasm, and genuine care for students. Known for engaging activities and her ability to make every child feel valued, she has left a lasting impact on hundreds of students.
